Scope of service

Work is performed as described in the estimate provided before the appointment. Additional issues discovered during service are reported to you and performed only with your approval.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the visible condition of the instrument. Internal faults found after disassembly may change scope; you will be notified before further work proceeds.

Scheduling and cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a call-out charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless invoice terms have been agreed in advance. Restoration projects are billed in stages.

Warranty

Repairs are guaranteed against workmanship defects for ninety days. Tuning stability is affected by room humidity and is not covered as a defect where climate conditions are outside recommended ranges.

Liability

We carry insurance for in-home service. Pre-existing damage is noted before work begins.
